Our refund policy is displayed in all stores. We encourage our customers to ask questions or express concerns to our friendly staff at the time of purchase. Any after sales refund policy inquries can be directed to Head Office or contact the store you purcahsed the goods from.
Please choose carefully as we do NOT refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
If you have your RECEIPT and the goods are faulty you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note.
Without a RECEIPT we cannot offer you any of these choices.
If you have changed your mind and you have your Receipt you can choose between an exchange or a credit note, which is valid for 2 months.
